Yes. Every action — approvals, rejections, comments, signatures, role changes, document uploads — is captured in an immutable audit trail, and every signed document includes a QR code that resolves to a public verification page proving the signature timestamp, signatory identity and document hash.

Who can sign documents in ClinicalFlow?

Signatories are configured per document by the Chairman during the Start Review & E-Signature Process step. ClinicalFlow supports Investigators, Principal Investigators, Reviewers, Directors, Executive Directors, Financial Officers and Chairman roles, and signatures are collected in the order configured.

Can sponsors and company representatives see the full workflow?

Accepted Answer

Sponsors and Company Representatives get a privacy-masked view: they see assignment counts (for example '1 Reviewer assigned') and approval markers, but exact assignee names are only revealed after the assignee has approved their part of the workflow.
